Once you get to level(Aion powerleveling) 20: Fly to Verteron(do not use Return, you will need it soon). Update Quest: A Secret Delivery at Numonerk.  Teleport to Sanctum. Go to Jucleas in the Lyceum. Update Quest: A Sliver of Darkness.
Go to Ludina(1827, 2182). She is on the outer dock. To get to the outer dock, head to Phogus at the Airship Dock and wait for the ship. Update Quest: A Sliver of Darkness at Ludina.  Return to Verteron.
